Product preview

See the evidence behind a vetted profile.

The JolieJobs Validation Passport is designed to show employers what was reviewed, what remains candidate-provided, what is supported by documents, and what still needs clarification—before an introduction moves forward.

Visible product proof

A transparent sample, not a mystery badge.

What this means

Each claim shows its evidence level. “Reviewed” is not presented as independently verified, and suggested follow-up remains visible.

Evidence language

Seven states that preserve uncertainty.

A status communicates the source and review depth. It does not turn incomplete evidence into certainty.

Candidate provided

Declared by the professional and not independently verified.

Document supported

Consistent with a document reviewed by JolieJobs.

Human reviewed

Assessed for completeness and internal consistency by Talent Operations.

Independently verified

Confirmed against an identified independent source.

Needs clarification

A material question remains open and is shown rather than hidden.

Expired

Previously reviewed evidence is no longer current enough to rely on.

Not reviewed

Outside the completed review scope.

For employers

Interpret evidence without guessing.

Use the Passport to focus interviews on the open questions, distinguish profile review from independent proof, and identify role-specific checks that remain your responsibility.

For professionals

Keep identity and context under control.

Your identity remains protected during discovery. Evidence labels preserve the difference between what you declared, what you supplied, and what a reviewer or independent source confirmed.

Clear boundaries

What a Passport does not promise.

It does not guarantee job fit, performance, employment, or the truth of every statement. It does not replace interviews, assessments, references, legal checks, or regulated due diligence.

Frequently asked questions

Read the evidence, including its limits.

Is a Validation Passport a background check?

No. It does not automatically include criminal, credit, identity, reference, legal, or other regulated checks. The Passport states the completed scope and identifies what was not reviewed.

Does human reviewed mean independently verified?

No. Human review assesses completeness, clarity, and internal consistency. Independent verification is a separate status used only when an identified independent source supports the claim.

Can an employer see the candidate’s identity immediately?

No. Candidate identity and contact details remain protected during discovery. Release requires an approved introduction and candidate confirmation.

Can evidence become outdated?

Yes. Time-sensitive evidence can be marked expired, and material profile changes can require renewed review.
